These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Morable ("Morable", "we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the app you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Morable.
By accessing or using Morable you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you are using Morable on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. These Terms together with our Privacy Policy form the entire agreement between you and Morable.
Morable is a personal AI operating system designed to help you clarify long-term goals, build an adaptive strategy, and take the next highest-leverage step. The service includes an adaptive roadmap, daily check-ins, weekly reviews, a strategic profile, and an evolution narrative — all powered by artificial-intelligence models. Morable is delivered as a hosted web application on a subscription basis and is continually improved. Features may be added, refined, or discontinued over time.
New accounts may be offered a free trial of Morable, typically lasting 14 days. During the trial you have full access to the plan features shown at sign-up. No payment card is required to start a trial unless expressly stated. You may cancel at any time during the trial without being charged. Trials are limited to one per user and per household, at our reasonable discretion. Unless you actively choose a paid plan, the trial simply ends and your account access is limited.
Morable is offered on a recurring subscription (monthly or annually). Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Prices are shown at checkout in the applicable currency and, where required, include or exclude value-added tax (VAT) as indicated.
By starting a paid subscription you authorize us and Stripe to charge your chosen payment method for the plan you select and for each subsequent renewal, at the then-current price for that plan, until you cancel. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
If a payment fails, we may retry the charge, suspend access, or downgrade the account until the issue is resolved. You are responsible for keeping your billing details up to date.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing inside the app, or through the Stripe billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, so you retain access until then. After that, the account reverts to a limited state; your data remains available in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Except where mandatory consumer-protection law provides otherwise, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable. In particular, partial months or unused portions of an annual plan are not refunded upon cancellation.
EU right of withdrawal. Consumers in the European Union have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase. By starting to use Morable during the withdrawal period, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed. If you have not used the service, contact support@morable.ai within 14 days to request a refund.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice depending on the severity.
You retain full ownership of the content you create in Morable — your goals, check-ins, reflections, and any other input ("Your Content"). You grant Morable a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, store, transmit, and process Your Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the service on your behalf. We do not sell Your Content and we do not use it to train third-party foundation models.
You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content. You represent that you have all rights required to submit it.
Morable, including its software, design, user interface, branding, documentation, and prompts, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use Morable for personal or internal business purposes.
All rights not expressly granted are reserved. No provision of these Terms grants you the right to use Morable's trademarks, logos, or brand elements without our prior written consent.
Morable uses artificial-intelligence models to generate strategies, reflections, and recommendations. These outputs are provided for informational purposes only and are not professional financial, legal, medical, therapeutic, or psychological advice. AI models can be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing recommendations before acting on them, and for consulting a qualified professional when appropriate.
Morable is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Morable and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed the amounts you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, or personal injury.
Your privacy matters. Please read our Privacy Policy to understand what we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have over your data. By using Morable you agree to our processing of your data as described there.
You may stop using Morable and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms or if required by law. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution — will do so.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of Morable after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you may cancel your subscription and stop using Morable before the changes take effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's country of establishment as identified on our Impressum, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
